These terms of use ("Terms of Use") are for startupkashmir.com, an online web portal located at http://www.startupkashmir.com (the "Site"). The Site consists of two areas: (i) information and services available to the general public, without the need to register on the Site (the "Open Area") and (ii) information, services and functionality available only to registered users of the Site ("Restricted Area"). Reference in these Terms of Use to the Site includes both the Open Area and the Restricted Area.

These Terms of Use are a contract between you and Startupkashmir.com for use of the Site. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use this Site. If you wish to become a registered user of the Site, you will also be required to indicate your acceptance of these Terms of Use when completing Startupkashmir.com's online application form.

1. Modifications

Startupkashmir.com may update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. When startupkashmir modify these Terms of Use, we will incorporate the modifications into this document and will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this web page. Modifications to these Terms of Use will be effective two (2) days after being posted on this Site. Please check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of this Site following the posting of changes to the Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of those changes. Any unauthorized use of the materials may violate copyright laws, laws of privacy and publicity, and other laws and regulations. Personally Identifiable Information:

The personally identifiable information startupkashmir.com requests is used for user profiles, entrepreneur profiles and supporter profiles so that we can provide personalised services and features to you.
